Are prices really all-inclusive?
Yes. Every price shown includes OB (sales tax) and standard installation labor. The only variables are travel for very remote locations and urgent-service surcharges, both of which are quoted clearly before booking.
Do I have to use your GPS provider?
No — and that's the point. We partner with multiple GPS providers but never lock you in. If you already have a tracking provider, we'll install their hardware. If you don't, we'll recommend one that fits your operation and budget.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Monthly plans are cancel-anytime. Hardware you've purchased is yours to keep, though it may require a new SIM/data plan to continue using it elsewhere.
How does fleet pricing work?
Subscription rates auto-tier based on active vehicles (1–5: ƒ 30, 6–10: ƒ 25, 11–20: ƒ 22 per vehicle/month). Install rates drop on bookings of seven or more vehicles. For fleets over 20, we offer custom enterprise pricing — contact us directly.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Workmanship of the installation — any wiring, mounting or integration issue traceable to our work is fixed at no charge. Hardware warranties are provided by the GPS or dashcam manufacturer separately.
Do you charge travel fees?
Standard service within Curaçao and Netherlands urban areas has no travel surcharge. For remote locations beyond our standard service area, travel fees may apply and are always quoted upfront before booking.
